MAST is a social initiative that seeks to spread awareness about the importance of medical adherence through three interventions:

1. A handbook for families to talk about and support each other (and themselves) in the implementation of medical adherence

2. Encouraging hospitals to discuss medical adherence through eye-catching posters and pamphlets

3. Direct intervention through training individuals about medical adherence
